Return Eligibility: You may return any unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 60 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact to be eligible for a refund.
Return Process: Returns are FREE of charge. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate a return, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label for easy shipping. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your returned item. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
